We realise how important future planning is and we want you to be well prepared for retirement. On your first day, you will join the Civil Service pension scheme. You will receive your pension options within your first few weeks. We will contribute 28.97% of your salary to your pension.

We have two offices in Cardiff Bay and Sarn Mynach. 

If you’re working at our Tŷ Hywel office in Cardiff Bay, you’ll work in a vibrant area with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and entertainment venues. You can go on lunchtime walks to enjoy the picturesque bay environment. 

If you are working from Sarn Mynach office based in Llandudno Junction there are plenty leisure facilities, relaxing walks nearby, and outdoor seating areas where you can immerse yourself in nature. You can visit the picturesque town of Conwy, Llandudno and Colwyn Bay for shopping and entertainment.    

Both our sites have showers and on-site facilities where you can where you can eat your breakfast, lunch or catch up with a colleague.
